This is a bespoke order, and therefore we are unable to offer a refund once the order is processed. If your order is faulty, please let the team at the club know and we will do our best to rectify the issue.
Your order will take between 3 and 4 weeks to be made, and delivered back to the club. Once it arrivces with us you will receive an email from the team to ket you know your order is ready for collection. You are able to collect it yourself or we can give it to the gymnast on instruction.
