HOW TO I JOIN?

To join one of our subscription classes, you must first head to the 'Classes' tab to read through all the information regarding the class. Once you are happy you know which class is right for you, head to the 'Bookings' page and look through the available trials. Simply register an account with us using the button above our bookings timetable, then you'll be able to log in and book into a lesson. If the gymnast enjoys the lesson and you would like to join the club, after the trial lesson you will be sent an email with a link to join and set up the monthly payment.

HOW MUCH IS IT TO JOIN?

On joining the subscription classes at the club there are also 3 payments.

1. Club Membership: Club membership costs £20 per annum, membership runs from 1st April - 31st March. When you join, your club membership will be calculated on a pro-rata basis and taken with your first month fees, information can be found on our 'Terms' page.

2. British Gymnastics Insurance (not applicable for GymTots): On your confirmation email you will see a link to sign up to British Gymnastics. All prices are on their website and on our 'Terms' page.

3. Pro-rata fees. Our direct debits are taken on either the 1st of the 15th of the month depending on when you set ups your Childs membership. Our system will automatically calculate the balance to pay from your membership start date, to your direct debit date. After that, you will simply pay the monthly fee as listed on the 'Classes' page for the class.

WHAT DO THEY WEAR?

They will need to wear shorts & t-shirt or anything they can move easily in. Leotards, leggings, shirts, joggers etc are all suitable. Just make sure that all jewellery is removed, and they don't come to the lesson in items such as jeans, tights, dresses or anything with zips, studs or buckles.

WHAT DO THEY BRING?

They will also need to bring a water bottle with them but we do have a water fountain if they forget. We dismiss our GymClub classes direct to the car park so something warm in the colder months is ideal. We recommend non lace-up footwear if the gymnasts are unable to tie their own shoe laces. Sliders/crocs etc are ideal!

HOW DO I GET TO YOU?

We are located in Units 4E&F, Zone 2 Burntwood Business Park, Ring Road, Burntwood, WS7 3JQ (next door to Staffordshire Signs and Graphics, just down the road from ScrewFix.) We have a large sign that is visible from the top of the road.

On arrival the clubs car park is located to the left of the building. There is also ample street parking in the evening.

When you arrive on site, the entrance is via the solid blue door at the front of the property, where you will arrive in our reception lobby and brand new club room. You can take a seat in our waiting room as you wait for your child to be called in. On your first lesson please introduce yourself to the coach taking the register at the door.

Gymnasts will be called into the gym from the club room, gymnasts will bring their shoes and belongings into the gym into storage cubes.

After their lesson, gymnasts will be dismissed to you via the glass ‘Exit Only’ door to you in the car park to avoid it getting too busy in the club room, at about 5 mins to the end of the class please make your way around to the back of the building to pickup your child. We are currently working on a viewing schedule for adults to watch but we invite all trials to view the class from our clubroom on our large cctv television, or you can drop and go once signed in. We also have a deal on the coffee machine all items £1.

ARE YOU ACCESSIBLE?

The club has a fully accessible toilet with baby changing facilities for customers in the club room to use, and 3 toilets in the gym for gymnasts. We have an accessible parking bay and wheelchair accessible entrance. We also have ramps in the club so the entire site is open to everyone.

HOW DO THEY PROGRESS?

Gymnasts in our GymTots, GymTots Solo and GymTots Solo Plus classes participate in our club award scheme, where the lessons are themed and the gymnasts are working towards a syllabus. These themes change once a term.

Gymnasts in our GymClub and GymClub Plus classes work on the British Gymnastics 'Rise' award scheme. They work to achieve medals in various categories. Gymnast sin GymClub move up every September to match their school year. At the beginning of summer the team will begin to contact you regarding which class you would like them to move into.

We also have advanced and competition classes. The coaching team are always keeping their eye out for hardworking gymnasts with strength and flexibility, and will reach out to customers if they feel a competitive class is a better fit!
